Telehealth Option with West Front Primary Care

Now Available: Telehealth

Telehealth is the distribution of health-rated services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows long distance patient and clinical contact, and care advice. Telehealth is an excellent option during the COVID-19 outbreak, and should be available for the vast majority of our patients. Telehealth is approved for Medicare and Medicaid patients.

WFPC uses a specialized third-party service called Doxy to connect with patients securely, and for no additional cost. Users will need a device with a camera and a microphone, be it a laptop, desktop computer, tablet or a cell phone, but you will not need to download any third party applications. The technology works via your regular web browser. You will simply receive a link to click via email or text.
