Office Visits: Office visits are to provide care for things like an earache, sinus infection, a sore throat, cough, a fever, depression, a sore knee, or chronic diseases such as diabetes or high blood pressure.
CPT Codes: level 1-99211, level 2-99212, Level 3-99213, level 4-99214, level 5- 99215
Physicals & Well Child Visits: These are head to toe exams including immunization review. Patients 18 or younger old would have a wellness visit. Patients older than 18 would have a physical.
